Il Cagliari Calcio comunica di aver acquistato a titolo definitivo dal Pogon Szczecin il diritto alle prestazioni sportive di Sebastian Walukiewicz. Il giocatore ha firmato un contratto sino al 2023 con opzione sino al 2024 e concluderà la stagione in forza al Pogon.

Nato il 5 aprile 2000, Walukiewicz è un centrale difensivo dalla grande struttura fisica. Specialista nel gioco aereo, è dotato anche di buona tecnica e capacità di impostazione. Nonostante la sua giovane età ha già collezionato in prima squadra 21 presenze nella massima serie polacca.

Punto di forza nelle varie rappresentative giovanili, è ritenuto uno dei giovani difensori più interessanti nel panorama europeo.

Cagliari Calcio and Pogon Szeczin have agreed terms for the permanent transfer of Sebastian Walukiewicz. The player signed a contract valid until 2023 with an option until 2024 and will spend the rest of the season with Pogon.

Born on April 5, 2000, Walukiewicz is a central defender. He has a physical stature, being majestic in the air. He is also very comfortable with the ball at his feet and he is good at building play from the back. Despite his young age, he already played 21 games in the maximum Polish League.

A pillar of the various Polish youth teams, he is considered one of the most promising young defenders in the European football.
