Informations

Unipol Domus Terms

Behavioural Standards

Pursuant to the present "Regulations for the Use of the Unipol Domus Sports Facility", the term "Sporting Club" refers to the company Cagliari Calcio S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as "Cagliari Calcio" or the "Club") and the term "Sports Facility" refers to all areas pertaining to the Unipol Domus stadium, located in Cagliari, including the external reserved area.

The purchase of an admission ticket for the Sporting Club's matches, as well as the access to and stay in the Sports Facility during the event, imply the user's acceptance of these Regulations for the use of the Unipol Domus Sports Facility, of the Code of Regulations for the sale of admission tickets to football events and of all the rules/dispositions issued by the public safety and sports authorities, including FIFA, UEFA, FIGC and the Football League.

The observance of these Regulations, of the Code of Regulations for the sale of admission tickets to football events and of all the aforementioned rules/provisions is an indispensable condition for spectators to gain access to and remain inside the Sports Facility and any failure to observe them will result in the right of the Sporting Club to withdraw and/or block and/or deactivate and/or revoke and/or cancel the spectator's admission tickets, as well as the right to remove the offender from the Sports Facility and to apply an administrative fine of 100 to 500 euros.

If the offender has already been sanctioned in the same sporting season, even at a different venue, for the same violation of the respective regulations, the sanction may be increased by up to half of the maximum and a ban on entering sporting events may be imposed.

Arrangements for accessing and remaining in the sports facility

The spectator, in particular, is required to comply with the following rules of conduct, prohibitions and warnings.

The admission ticket is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties, except in the cases and according to the modalities provided for by the relevant legislation and by the Sports Association, through the channels authorised by the Sports Association itself.

In order to gain access to the Sports Facility, in addition to the access ticket or service pass, a valid identity document is required, which must be shown at the request of the stewards, in order to verify the correspondence between the holder of the access ticket or service pass and the holder of the pass. This is without prejudice to the staff's verification of the identity of each user wishing to enter the Sports Facility, who must present the access ticket or service pass and a valid identity document. It is specified that the PASSIONE CASTEDDU Card does not constitute and, therefore, does not replace an identity document.

Before entering the Sports Facility, the user can have his or her body temperature measured by means of a remote thermoscanner. Cagliari Calcio reserves the right to prohibit access and/or expel any user whose body temperature exceeds 37.5°C and/or whose symptoms can be assimilated to that of a Covid-19 infection (by way of example, sore throat, breathing difficulties, loss of taste and smell, joint pain, etc.), without prejudice to the exclusions provided for by the applicable regulations.

Any person wishing to enter the Sports Facility may be subjected to security checks using the visual and/or pat-down technique.

Inside the Sports Ground, spectators are obliged to follow the instructions given by the stewards: if requested to do so, they must show the items contained inside the pockets of clothing and inside bags and backpacks. Refusal to submit to security checks constitutes a violation of these Regulations and results in a ban on entering the Sports Ground.

The spectator must keep the admission ticket and its holder (PASSIONE CASTEDDU card or coupon) until the end of the event and when leaving the Sports Facility.

Prohibitions

Spectators and anyone who is, or intends to enter, the Sports Facility are expressly forbidden to:

a) expressing any form of racial, territorial, ethnic or religious discrimination, or other manifestations of intolerance by chanting, displaying signs or in any other way; threatening, violent behaviour or insulting language is prohibited.

b) Stopping in the vicinity of passages, exits, entrances, along access routes, escape routes and any other escape routes before, during and after the end of the meeting without a justified reason.

c) Climbing on the structures of the Sports Facility, climbing over gates, balustrades and barriers of all kinds.

l) Bringing prams, seats or equipment into the stand areas that could occupy spaces not specifically designated for this purpose or jeopardise the movement of spectators.

m) Bringing in cameras equipped with reflex-type lenses and large and medium-sized binoculars; it is also not permitted (except for authorised persons) to use equipment capable of recording and transmitting, digitally or on any other medium, audio, video, and information or data material relating to the event to be held within the Sports Facility. The copyright for unauthorised broadcasts or recordings is due, according to the law, to the Sports Club.

n) Introducing or offering for sale alcoholic beverages with an alcoholic content of more than 5°, except for derogating authorisations for particular areas issued by the competent authority, subject to a favourable opinion from the Questore.

t) Bringing animals of all kinds and species into the Sports Facility.

Provisions concerning passes

Without prejudice to the provisions of the "General Conditions of Sale of Tickets" and the "Terms and Conditions of Use of Season Tickets" published on the website www.cagliaricalcio.com, a valid identity document must be shown for the purchase of tickets for access to the Sports Centre; the Sports Club, in the absence of such a document, will not be able to issue the ticket.

The sports club, in compliance with the legal regulations governing access to sports venues, may not issue a ticket if, by virtue of said regulations and/or measures of the Public Safety Authority and/or measures of the sports justice system, it is not possible to issue a ticket to anyone who is subject to a DASPO or other measures of the Public Safety Authority.

The price of admission tickets will remain unchanged even if the purchase is made while the competition is in progress.

The purchaser, under his/her own responsibility, by purchasing the admission ticket, declares that he/she has read and accepts these Regulations, the "Code of Regulations governing the sale of admission tickets to football events", the "General Conditions of Sale of Tickets" and/or the "Terms and Conditions of Use of Season Tickets".

The Sports Association shall not be liable for any damages, expenses or compensation claimed by purchasers due to the modification or postponement of the date of the event.

Claims for reimbursement/replacement of lost, stolen, damaged or illegible admission tickets will not be accepted.

Requests for reimbursement made by those who, for reasons not attributable to the Sports Club, do not collect/use the admission tickets will not be admitted or accepted.

The Sports Association shall not be liable and shall be exempt from any liability for loss, theft, accidents, or damage to persons or property inside the Sports Facility. In particular, the Sports Club shall not be liable and shall be exonerated from any liability for any injury, howsoever caused, that may affect spectators, including, but not limited to, falls from the stairs and steps of the stands of the Sports Centre and damage and/or injury resulting from impact with the match ball kicked by the athletes during the course of a match.

The Sports Club reserves the right to expel from the Sports Centre anyone who does not comply with these Regulations, as well as the right to refuse the offender entry to the Sports Centre even at subsequent matches, regardless of any bans imposed by the competent authorities.

Warnings

Lastly, it should be noted that the Unipol Domus Sports Facility is monitored by an audio-video recording system located both inside and outside, the data of which are processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree. 196 of 30 June 2003 and by Ministerial Decree 06/06/2005. Personal data is processed in accordance with the law. The data controller is the operator of the CCTV system, whose name is on file with the G.O.S.

Having acknowledged that photographic and/or audio and video recordings may be carried out within the Sports Facility, the spectator agrees to be photographed, filmed or filmed by the Sports Club - and/or by any third parties appointed by it - who will have the right to use, transmit, publish, disseminate, license, without territorial or temporal limits, and without any obligation to pay money or other forms of compensation, the voice, image and portrait of the same through video live or recorded, with freedom of use on any support used for the fixation of images and performances such as audio, video, photos, films, multimedia supports, digital supports, television recordings, magnetic supports and any other technological means currently known (ibid. including television, the Internet and/or other telematic networks) or which will be invented in the future, for editorial uses in relation to the editorial initiatives carried out by the official communication bodies of the Sports Club (in any published language), for broadcast on public, private and pay television, via the Internet and/or mobile applications, cinematographic sales and any other means of communication, for archive purposes, for the provision of services offered in any capacity to the public and for promotional-advertising purposes, always in respect for rights relating to honor and reputation and within the limits established by current legislation.

Anyone wishing to display banners extolling a team at a sporting event must request formal authorisation from the club within seven days prior to the match; such a request may be authorised by the G.O.S. as provided for and laid down by decision no. 14/2007 of 8 March 2007 of the National Observatory for Sporting Events of the Ministry of the Interior.

Single-beat drums and megaphones are permitted as sound and acoustic instruments inside the Sports Facility, for which prior authorisation must be obtained from the G.O.S. by submitting a formal application accompanied by a copy of the applicant's identity document.

It is recalled that misrepresentation, possession of one's own and improper weapons, display of emblems or symbols of associations that spread discrimination or violence on racial, ethnic, national or religious grounds, incitement to violence during competitive competitions, possession, throwing and use of dangerous material and pyrotechnic devices, climbing over separators and encroachment on the pitch constitute offences.

Bike parking

The club would like to remind you that on the occasion of Cagliari's home matches, the bike parking service is active: at the Unipol Domus there are 50 guarded parking spaces, exclusively dedicated to fans who choose sustainable mobility (bicycles or electric scooters) to get to the stadium.

The bike parking area is located in the parking area of the Main Stand, on the corner of the Curva Sud. Marked by special signs, it can be reached either from the Distinti sector of the Unipol Domus or after walking along the south side of the old Sant'Elia.

In order to use the area, you must present the match ticket accompanied by an identity document to the stewards. Cagliari Calcio would like to remind you that no reservations are required and once the maximum capacity (50) is reached, it will no longer be possible to park your vehicle.

Regulation of banners and choreographies

Cagliari Calcio, having taken note of the determination made on 8 March 2007 by the National Observatory on Sporting Events, communicates the compulsory procedure to be followed for requests for authorisation to access and place banners and/or choreographies inside the Unipol Domus for home matches in the 2023-24 season.

The application must be submitted in free form, with a photocopy of an identity document, stating:

1. the dimensions and material used to make the banner

2. the content and graphics of the banner with attached photo

3. the sector of the stadium where it will be displayed

4. the competition(s) for which exposure is requested

The request must then be sent by e-mail to slo@cagliaricalcio.com or by fax to 070-6042085 no later than 5 working days before the match being requested.

The Company will examine the applications received in chronological order of submission and until the available spaces are exhausted.

The requests, duly filled in and accompanied by all the necessary documentation, will be submitted to the G.O.S. (Gruppo Operativo di Sicurezza) for approval at a specific meeting to be held at the Cagliari Police Headquarters within 4/5 days of the match being played.

It will be the Company itself that will communicate via e-mail or fax the authorisation received, and it should be noted that if no reply is received, the request is deemed to have been rejected.

Authorised applicants must present themselves on the day of the match, no later than 1 hour after the Stadium opens to the public, with the communication received from Cagliari Calcio. The authorised applicant, once the entry controls have been completed, will be accompanied for the display of the banner by the stewards at the point corresponding to the allocated space.

At the end of the competition the banner and/or choreography (if reusable) must be removed.

The same discipline will be applied to flags, except for those bearing only the corporate colours and those of the states represented on the pitch. Flags ("a banner of rectangular shape, attached by one of the shorter sides to a pole, the latter if permitted by the regulations in force") may enter as long as they are not large enough to obstruct the view of other spectators.
