A classic knockout match did not in the end go the Rossoblù’ way, but the boys know they have played an extraordinary season to be proud of.

The Under 19 streak ends in the playoff semifinal, against Inter, after a cruel 3-3 that saw Cagliari close the first half with three goals ahead. Luvumbo's goals and Desogus brace seemed to have put an end to the match, but in the second half Inter managed to equalize with three goals in the final minutes.

In extra time Palomba came close to 4-3 but luck was on Inter's side. Despite the draw, Inter went to the final because they ended the regular season with a better position.

Only applause for the boys, the staff and the coach Alessandro Agostini: it was a wonderful journey.
