Cagliari Calcio announces that it has reached an agreement with Avellino to end the loan of the player Luca Gagliano.

Born in Alghero on 14 July 2000, Gagliano grew up in the Cagliari young sector, becoming a staple of the Primavera with 28 goals in 75 games played. In the second half of the 2019-20 season, he was permanently aggregated to the first team, making two appearances in Serie A: he also scored a goal in the home victory against Juventus.

Then the experience with Olbia in the 2020-21 season and the first experience away from the island with Avellino: 33 Serie C appearances, 4 goals scored.

Left-handed striker able to fill multiple roles in the advanced area of the pitch, appreciated for his spirit of sacrifice and love for the rossoblù colors: he is now returning to Cagliari to give his contribution to avoid the relegation.
