
Sardegna Arena becomes Unipol Domus
Cagliari Calcio and Unipol are pleased to announce the partnership that will see the insurance group work alongside the Rossoblu Club as title sponsor of the new Cagliari stadium. The ten-year agreement also includes the naming rights on the current temporary facility. The Sardegna Arena be renamed "Unipol Domus" starting from the 2021-22 sports season. The official name of the new stadium will be later defined upon inauguration.

The partnership between Cagliari Calcio and Unipol Group contributes to the development of an important urban, sporting and social project. The construction of the new stadium, aims enhancing the resources of the local territory, favoring its cultural and economic growth while projecting the Sardinian entertainment and sport industry in a national and international dimension.
Carlo Cimbri, Unipol Gruppo SpA CEO, comments: "Our Group wanted to support Cagliari Calcio through the naming of its current and future stadium with particular entusiasm.
